I stayed for one night in a King Room, Non-Smoking and was surprised by the cozy ambiance. It was perfect for our trip to SpaceX nearby. The staff was helpful, but I noticed a few cockroaches in the hallway, which detracted from the experience.

All the staff was accommodating, solved my issues.

All in all everything was amazing, had a really enjoyable stay for a vacation. The setting was FAVOURABLE, next to surrounding shopping areas and Brownsville. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The shower had cold water, frustrating. The drinking water was so salty I couldn't even clean my teeth. The room was very dark and noisy, with disturbances from traffic and other guests throughout the night.

Request a room on the top floor to minimize street noise and enhance your sleep quality.

the hotel was located really close to surrounding shopping areas, the beach, and brownsville. our location was favourable in the middle of jackson. we found there variety of restaurants to eat, like captain bob's that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

The lobby had the charm of a cozy living room, with comfortable seating that welcomed us. Everything was easily accessible, and I particularly appreciated how friendly the staff was when I needed assistance getting around.

Pool area needs repairs and better cleanliness.

This was just a great match for a stopover in Brownsville with reasonable value. The pillows on the bed were the best I've ever slept on. Tip, If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs.

The magnuson was super convenient, just a short drive from south padre. The bed was comfy, and those pillows were amazing! The staff was really helpful when we needed directions.
